The BYU AdLab took first place in District 12 for the AAF National Student Advertising Competition for their campaign for Meta Quest 2. The judges were very impressed and commented that team BYU kind of blew them away with how awesome the presentation was and they could put it in front of a client right now.
The student presenters, Melanie Black, Aubrie Cardon, Dillon Hansen, and Sydney Orton, all filmed their presentations in between graduation ceremony days, and will now be competing in the National Semi-Finals May 5-6 with the opportunity to compete in person at the AAF National Finals in Nashville, TN June 2-6.
