Advertising students Destinee Neville and Adam Sheets have been named finalists in the 2023 Coca-Cola Refreshing films competition placing them in the top four of almost 1000 entries nationwide from 60 Coca-Cola partner universities. Their commercial script for Coca-Cola was selected for consideration to be aired nationwide as an ad during the trailers at Movie Theaters across the country. They workshopped their script with industry professionals and received mentorship in the production process as a semi-finalist. As finalists, they are selected to receive $20,000 to produce their spot under the direction of the Coca-Cola Brand Marketing team and film industry professional mentors.
