Advertising students Mia Shumway, Annie Ebert, and Ben Thornock won a Student Emmy over the weekend at the College Television Awards event in Los Angeles. Their WNBA ad, titled Welcome to the W, was one of three BYU AdLab spots that swept all nominations in the Commercial/PSA category for this event. All three students on the winning team are current seniors who were juniors when they created the ad.
